i am new, my name is lauren and i have been interesting in the magical properties of herbs for about 3 years now. i use them in conjuction with my own made spirituality and faerie magic. thyme!

Blessings All ~

As you can tell my name is Cerridwen and I am so pleased I have found this LJ. I have a huge interest in Magickal Herbalism. So I hope to learn much from here and pass on some of my own knowledge.

I shall add that my favourite author of magickal herbal books is Scott Cunnigham and his Encyclopedia Of Magical Herbalism is my little herbal bible ;-)

Method to construct

Warm slowly in an enamel saucepan. Let cool.
Pour into magic bottles and use in spellwork, philtres, and ritual

Buttermilk Bath Salts

1 cup Buttermilk Powder, 1 cup Sea Salt, Add up to 24 drops of
essential oils.
Blend well, keep in a sealed jar.
Use 1/2 cup per bath.
This makes enough for 4 baths.

Sprig of Mistletoe

Don't Drink This!
Brew these ingredients and anoint each window and door of the house.
Sprinkle the rest on the four corners of the house to prevent evil
from entering.
